This time I will accept what I can't
This time I will
Bend
Allow
Accept
This Time, for The last time

Interesting write...Tho, I have to say I dissagree with your way of thinking. Yet, an interesting write
Good luck.

This made me see 'bending to the inevitable' and death being the only inevitable, the end of life, the final acceptance.
Much to ponder in so few words.

-
truly in life, there can be no last time, fer if there is, then ye will never become all that ye were meant to be. Such a touchin' write with few words but lots of emotion. thank ye verra much fer yer entry.

Is there ever a last time, when we are not challenged? I "sumtimes"
think it is like passing from one grade of school to the next, the equations grow more difficult with each level of understanding.
I still find myself waiting for it to all add up, that day when I'm not looking through colored glass anymore and I can see that two and two is not five, and that even in a house of mirrors, the part that's me is not in the reflection.
You do say a lot in this. Now I'm hushing before I have to deny my ignorance, too!

Karen,
You are so right. Life is like scool. some things you pass, and others you fail. Some times in life you have to say no more, however.
Thanks for reading.

Stunning
Sweet simple verse. A diet-meal of words. And in those white spaces between spaces is a whole-world story unseen, a story that only you know...maybe I know the story too.

reminds me that no matter how old we are we still grow and learn
though in this i felt as if these were words uttered a second time around- be it the last time....
hard to give second chances - at least that is where i went
