The moon is up
Full and shining
The mother of the stars
keeping watch of the world
My extra hour
When everyone else is frozen
I can fit anything into
My own personal time
When it rains
It freezes
The rain hangs in mid air
Magical in my hour
Its more special each time
To see what no one else sees
Even the street lights facinate me
With their lifeless glow
In my secret hour i sometimes
Just sit and think
And others i explore
Or take my ipod and run
All the special people
Freeze in my secret hour
Left motionless in their beds
Or wherever they were
The one i love
Sleeps soundly in the secret hour
I only know this because
It is midnight when time freezes for me
Maybe one day
I will have the guts
To venture out
Find him
And whisper in his ear
"I love you and always will"
I would then run
With my heart pounding
Hoping the worlds life wont come back
Till i am home safe like everyone else
For the extra hour is a blessing
But also a danger
What if i got caught
Or time starts when im not ready
Then what?

love all the emotions here, from confusion to being in love, to desperation.
