The Window and the Bill.

There once lived a man named Joe Pucket
Packed a stone and man could he chuck it!
When a window he broke
He yelled up to the bloke
Just bill me, I'm Joe from Nantucket!

Author notes

Just another tale of the good old man from Nantucket

*Groan* Here I thought he had a chance for Olympic gold in the discus throw, and he underachieves as a noisy vandal! *sigh*
I really enjoyed your title, particularly if the resident was Bill--if he 'Bill'ed Joe, perhaps the altercation would provide an entertaining second verse!
