I Pray For You

I know its seems you're all alone
No one to really care,
With such a heavy burden
That you alone must bear.
I may not know just what to say
Nor exactly what to do,
But you may be assured that I'm
praying just for you.
So even though it seems that many
storm clouds fill your day,
I know the Lord has heard my prayer,
and help is on the way.

Author notes

I just want to say this is for my good friend Spiritual Poet . He has helped me so much over the past year and a bit , and when i found out that he was in need of some help , i did the best thing i could . I prayed for him , i made sure that he was happy in everything that he wanted to do and that he knew he was loved in All poetry and out in the real world as he has touched so many lives with his kind words and love .

 

So i wrote this poem today to tell and show him that he matters in life because if he was not here , he would not help all the people he has over the years

    What I find wonderful about this piece is that is has a geniune, honest and heartfelt vibe emanating from it. It touches the heart and spirit to read it. Reading this makes me feel like someone is out there and rooting for me; willing good things to my life and just sending a giant ball of love and strength. The heart shines that much there. That is what makes it stellar. Yes, it is a contest piece and written for someone else, but it made me feel like it was written just for me when I read it and that is poetry with soul.

    Great job, a poetic way of telling someone you are praying for them. Pryaer is where we should start and finish. Wonderful write.
