i could taste
that silent taste of fall
as our october bodies broke.
i opened my memories,
like a book of substance,
and let the miracles escape.
how i wish you were here
dreamcatching by the water.
but the knowledge of my sin
is a black desert.
one evening i flew
escaping hollow skies, flying
to a non-existent god.
the passion of my wings
burning on the small sunset.
you let me change
like maple leaves, you let me fall.
Author notes
the small sunset
a book of substance
the miracles escape
one evening i want to fly
to a non-existing god
a silent taste of fall
knowledge of sin
a black desert
hollow skies
escape
wish you were here
dreamcatching
by the water
october bodies
break
i am very open to demolish this.
tell me how to make this better.
peace to all ~flight
