Cinnamon wafting through the shop,
the coffee shop is simply buzzing
buzzing with the whispered talk
whispering talks of cider donuts.
Donuts special to the fall,
falling in with the festive moods
as moody customers travel in
inwards keeping to their own,
owning up to a special treat
treating themselves in late October.

Running low on donuts should be a legitimate reason to dial 9-1-1. I feel your joy and your pain in this one, brother... mostly your joy!

Nicely crafted - I can taste the cinnamon and cider!

You did a wonderful job with the form and the imagery is fantastic. I simply could taste it.

Oooo, yummy, I could go for a whole wreath of cider donuts right about now... how I miss those! Fun wreath, Tirrell, you old Yankee!
