This is very pretty; I like the way you reversed the colours to give it a colder, darker feel - makes me want to curl up in a chair with a mug of hot chocolate!

Interesting one.. the non-horizontal line of the ocean botehrs me, though I love the tree.
The logo has to go along the bottom...
