It started with the groan
and I stumbled over my purse
filled with pocket change
I cry
today I must spend
like everyday at the mall
my face is perfect
ruby red and blue eye shadow
My friends will be here by nine
time to straighten my hair
oh no it won't fall in place
its not cooperating
No no it can't be a bad hair day
and I only have an hour
stop clock woe it is wild
static frizz
Maybe hairspray
maybe if I wet it
maybe if I just cry
in deep depression I call it off.
