Autumn leaves litter the walkway
Our feet used to carry us, hand in hand
Leaving our heartstrings entwined
I miss those long slow walks
When even silence meant so much
The refreshing smell of spring flowers
Reminds me of your sweet scent
That never ceased to loosen up my tensed thoughts
I miss the way you’d hug me when I’m down
And I’d just embrace your presence
The calm summer breeze blows our way
And we allow yellow drops of the radiant sun
To seep deep into our agonized souls
I miss looking into your ocean blue eyes
And being blinded by the reflection of sunlight
Chilled snow drapes our skin during winter
And memories float on frozen lakes
Like times we’d build our snow castle
I miss the way you’d protect me from the cold
As we cuddled under the shimmering stars
Seasons come and vanish without a trace
And each comes with a special memory
A reason to miss you even more

i like this so much!!.. i like the theme/title "seasons change", how you discribe the person here is fascinating...
I miss those long slow walks
When even silence meant so much
yeah this line, as long as you're with your "someone" even silence do really means a lot already...
Seasons come and vanish without a trace
And each comes with a special memory
A reason to miss you even more
brilliant ending as usual!...
