Unearthed

Crafted with care,
a stone,

fashioned to reveal
the hidden facets,
brilliant dimensions,
zig-zagged with accuracy,
across the plained surface.
Only the eye that is gifted,
ever searching,

discovers the gems hidden heart.
As love comes to the surface of any relationship,
so it has to be crafted with utmost care,
fashioned, turned to relinquish its natural flair,
often hidden from curious eyes.
Held softly between two palms,
beats the heart of exquisite beauty.
