I'm as happy as can be,
But there's more to me than what you see.
Without out your love I feel empty,
Wishing that you were with me.

My friends are there when I need to talk,
But sometimes I just take a walk.
My heart's crumbling everyday,
More than ever when you're away.

I really enjoyed reading this. Maybe it is beacause I can relate to it or it is just a really great write, or maybe both
