This is the first erotic poem I've ever commented on at AP.
I've read a few, but find most to lack a certain something... eroticism, mostly.
Not this one.
There is skill here- like the skilled use of a fan by a geisha girl, you show the reader just the right amount, then cover it back over again. At least that is the impression I receive with your intelligent repeat of this idea in each stanza.
As to the 'musky' cologne of a lover, I shall say the most pleasant musk
I've ever worn was called 'Fahrenheit'. I'd recommend it to yours. It is
not available at stores anymore, but can be had via the Internet.
Dabbed on the skin, and never the clothing, it will add to the rapturous
ardour of which you speak. It might even cause a delay in the return of the fan !
Ok, I best stop before I start hitting on you.
It would
be in an artistic and gentlemanly way, of course.
