always making out in the manor
A mansion of cob web and spiders
and the Venus fly trap glamor
Uncle Fester sucks on a bulb
100 watts of pure entertainment
Lurch's deep voice,"Welcome"
I can't hold my excitement containment
Cousin it, with locks so long and matted
I wonder what he looks like under there
Grand ma-ma making her witch's brew
I'm nearly crapping my underwear
Wednesday and Pugsley, two siblings
playing with sticks o' dynamite
and thing, the bodiless hand
can give one such a fright
They're ooky and they're spooky
but such a joy to be around
The Addams Family, they are
So, make a scre~aming sound...

I loved the Addams Family when I was younger and still do...Morticia is one hot number....!!!

I think you’ve wrapped this one up quite nicely. Even if you’ve never watched the show and read this; you’d get the theme well and I really enjoyed it. There are a couple little choppy spots in reading it aloud, but overall it is a well done piece and I’ve enjoyed it greatly.
