As I lay awake tonight
wondering how you are
Trying to prove the truth in this
why does it seem so hard
Knowing in my heart and mind
for your freedom I'll take a stand
determination instilled in me
on to the next step of the plan
Although you cannot see
what I do each day
all the answers are in reach
they cannot keep you locked away
Can't imagine how helpless you feel
how saddened your precious heart must be
all I ask is just this once
please put your trust in me
Anxiety has overwhelmed you
I can see right through your eyes
Yet we both know the truth
behind the vindictive lies
Instead of running from yourself
everything inside your head
know I will not let you down
please lean on me instead
We knew this day was coming
just wasn't clear exactly when
it all seems so contemplated
so hard to comphrehend
Trust I've got it figured out
it's just a matter of time
the truth inside this evil game
is all that they will find
God is working mysteriously
inside all those twisted minds
Soon they will see they cannot
hold someone

this write reallly reaches down inside you and makes you want to take a stand even though we don't know you or the circumstances around your situation. The pleading and the longing are sooo expressive in this write. wow, i feel for you and hope everything turns out ok. obviously, this is a great write.
