Iraqness

Brains blown out,
Hearts exploded,
Bodies strewn about.

And back in London,
Travel far to the west,
Men eating caviar,
Naturally the best.

Sent these geezers,
Out to Iraq,
Nothing really happened,
But they didn't call them back.

The distressed families,
Of the wounded or dead,
Went out of their minds,
Their hearts filled with dread.

These two men-who didn't have a clue,
What they were doing,
Our countries didn't too.

Here are the names,
Though no one really cares,
A git named Bush,
And a twat named Blair.

Author notes

I wrote this when i was 12, and has been published in 'Away With Words' (east midlands) in which the obvious swearin was edited.
This version has been tweaked slightly, but is basically the same.
Dont'y send hate mail if you like Bush/Blair, i don't so it's my opinion poem.
