As Winter's mantle melts away
and earth is now refreshed,
the dewdrops slide along each leaf
creation newly blessed.
The struggle of each new life begins
as colours stroke the land
and blossom strikes a dainty pose
in Mother Nature's hands.
Listen and you'll hear the cries
as the newborn take to flight,
there is no grander sight to see
than Spring's rainbowed delights.
Tentatively legs wobble
to firm foundations do they reach,
just like the mighty oak above
and the sweetest tasting peach.
A vast kaleidescope of views
renewed breath of nature's call,
my heart just always skips a beat
I can't help but be enthralled.

This is a wonderful little poem about nature. I love the imagery of new borns. Of flowers bright. And your rhyming does not feel at all forced. You flow with the poem is good and it is an interesting read. So to be honest I would say you have a wonderfully little written poem here. Good job and thanks for sharing this with us.
