Deceitful facade, I've tired of you.
Endlessly renewing, outliving necessity,
A parasite, you feed on all around.
Your roots confuse even me.
Where do you begin and end?
I marvelled at your boundless capacity,
Projecting substance from nothing.
The core, my soul, is nearly depleted.
Your beginning and ending no longer matter.
The lie has consumed me.
