Broken up into definable strands
I broke the body, but my heart is pure
I reached into your mind with my hands
And found just what I was looking for
The way you showed me is true
The correct route to choose into you
Your body is inconsequential,
Only your soul is an essential
So shattering you into pieces,
Reveals the most important piece of all
From within you, my heart releases
Your hope, your love; your soul
And I see you are a true person
Like nearly all of the population
Perhaps misguided, confused, or lost
You’ll find your way back whatever the cost.
Come back to me.

A thought provoking prompt, I found it hard to stop writing!! (Normally my poems are 3 verses long at most!) Hope it helps with the new AP name!!
