Cigarettes and lighter flashes
Dwindles down to nothing but ashes
Love bites and scratches
Soreness and razor burn patches
Heart beats and long sighs
Boredom and drawn out lies
Emo music and silent screams
Wasted tears and broken dreams
Striving for perfection and skipped meals
Whispered words and a sharp glance kills
Change of wardrobe selection
Open wounds with chance of infection
Timid with a little nervous twitch
Im afraid to say Im becoming a bit of a bitch
Big opinion with a small voice
Torn apart with a single choice
Sorry love but I must go
Stage is set, now on with the show

Every adjective you used in this poem raped my heart without mercy.

Not all emos cut though. A lot of people that are not emo cut. Emo is a style, and a very awesome style too, that describes the music with the same name and you did an excellent job here describing that style. I really loved it. keep on the good work dude.
