Purple Puppy

The purple puppy of happiness
is knocking at my door,
with a handful of violets
and  lucky charms,
he has come to steal my sad face
and never shall I be alone,
puppy, so pretty purple
never leave my dreams,
even if my laptop
seems my best friend,
my heart is with you through
the toughest of times,
you make the world simple, again,
with your big smile.
