Waiting near the open window
For a new message to came for her
Hold true to your destiny
Smiling past the scars of her soul
Sensing something wrong
She took a deep breath
Wishing to live forever in this twilight
She treated all of them the same
As they treated her, with dignity
Never asking any questions
Knowing that the mark of the flower
On her back made her one of them
Anyway she was accepted
That’s what counted to her
And she always would be till the day
She would go away

"She treated all of them the same
As they treated her, with dignity "
What an interesting take on the prompts.
I liked the originality of it

Thank you for your entry ^^
