Face It!

Its time to say goodbye,
No more saying hi.
I have to move with the flow.
I can't stay behind and go slow.
There will be times
when I'll miss having you
by my side.
There will be days,
when I'l try to walk away
from the truth.
But I can't.
We all can't.
Its right there,
whispering in our ear.
I have to face it!
We all have to face it!
We need to believe it!

I wrote this poem because , everyone tries to hid from the truth. But when we think its safe to come out, its still there! We need to face it and take each day as it comes!

    Great write, I love the ending. It's power is in its truth, we need to face the reality of truth. the longer we decieve ourselves, the more damage we cause to ourselvesand are able to inflict on others as well.
