Halloween Acrostic

Poetry of autumn's harvest splendor
Using nature to charm the gods
Mellow thoughts of chilly days
Personal designs upon my face
Kin will soon gather to celebrate
In fall we announce Halloween eve
Never without a pumpkin confection

I liked the start of this acrostic.
    Poetry of autumn's harvest splendor
Using nature to charm the gods..
Halloween does take on such an Autumn feel.
And where would we be without those pumpkins to ring in the Halloween spirit.
    Wonderful take on the prompt.
    Happy Hauntings.

I’m stuck, I can’t write anything. Perhaps I should try an acrostic to get me started.
I like this acrostic because it is full of good imagery. The fourth line makes me think of pumpkin carving.

    Thanks for posting this.
    Love, Peter
