Pain and suffering I feel inside...
I can no longer hold it in,because I have too much pride
Why am I being hurt over and over again..?
Why do I feel as though I'm loosing you as a friend?
I'm loosing my train of thought and slowly loosing my mind
Come on, hurry up, you're being left behind
You have no idea how much I've prayed and cried
....You have no idea how much I hurt inside
Knowing you've gone astray breaks my heart
The damage is done.....and our friendship has fallen apart

Let it out
It's true that release is best, to hold in what your mind battles with to keep, that can only add to the pain crying to get out. Emotions felt, emotions of sadness that we are sometimes forced to deal with in this life. Another fine write. -

Wow... if words could only begin to describe what i feel from reading this.... its so full of emotion, pain, sadness.... I can almost physically feel the pain that you have gone through while creating this piece in your mind.

Im glad you don't hold all your emotion inside and let it boil over, it only causes more pain and angst once it is finally released....
