"By the Sea. By the Sea. By the Wonderful Sea!"

The August sun was beating down
and both their faces wore a frown.
Their old air conditioner was sadly, broken.
Boris was perspiring
as he fiddled with the wiring.
He grunted, but no words were ever spoken.

Agnes, his wife of many years,
goes up the stairs and disappears
to take a soothing, cool, refreshing shower.
Boris put his tools away;
He couldn't fix it anyway
and the temperature was rising by the hour.

Sweating, Boris climbed the stair
and saw naked Agnes standing there.
He removed his clothes and now, they showered together.
Boris was thinking, with dismay,
the water bill he'd have to pay
and he cursed the hot and humid weather.

"C'mon Agnes! Get your bathing suit
and I don't really give a hoot
what people think of our flabby rears!"
"Boris! That sounds good to me;
A holiday beside the sea,
but, we haven't worn our suits in fifty years!"

So, like two love birds, hand in hand,
they jumped the waves and kicked the sand
and became 'Frisky' with the incoming tide.
Two wrinkled forms with suntan lotion,
writhing with a naughty motion--
A seagull looked at them and then, it died!
