Poetry gave her today;
tender smiles
silken-wrapped inward,
held for future reference.
Toted in her satchel
spilling cerise sugar,
(it leaks from ripped stitching)
visions are painted
onto cement sidewalks.
Depth portrays truth-songs
and follows her around
singing the tune of unity.

'silken-wrapped inward'
' Toted in her satchel
spilling cerise sugar,
(it leaks from ripped stitching)
visions are painted
onto cement sidewalks.'
I suppose I'll just have to quote the whole thing ? Lovely as I have come to expect!
