Always partying (birthdays, any excuse), always writing well always stripped bear, revealing naked truth. Always impressing me, impressing others. Always… thank you.

How revealing!!!

-
Thanks for the nice haiku Gaze...I think those were my bones crumbling with the skates though

-
This is amusing considering some of Darlene's recent ventures and misadventures
Thank you so much for this delightful piece to wish her a Happy Birthday and good luck in the contest
I know, I know... you said not for judging but like Yem says... who pays attention to that

Yes, she letting things fall (twice) and her rolling the skates, or was it the skates rolling her

Pay attention! Pay attention!!!

70! Wow that's like old!
When I think of the Darlene and roller skates story I hear that silly old song, "I got a brand new pair of roller skates." She'll appreciate that you entered and we know she likes haiku. Stop that "just for the" thing, No one listens to that.

Birthday cakes taste better than 'regular' cakes, don't they?
-
-
I agree
but I guess since I have a sweet tooth, I like both cakes.
