cyclic nature
beckons,
a crest now
and a trough later
singing immortal song
silence fills energy
to resume,
if noise is lungs
lull is oxygen
fall lends space
for rise to dance
its hood,
charm embodies
uninterrupted tunes following.
deplete then replenish
is natures way,
emptied aquifers fill
from fresh showers,
sublimate rain drops
through oceans surface
tells story,
of giving and getting
which beat of heart
important,
that keeps life moving
in scheme of infinity
losing and gaining
poised in equilibrium
Author notes
It is very nature of life to rise and fall in cyclic way to keep momentum

Very interesting thought process behind this poem. But, I kind of feel like the message you're going for is a little misunderstood. I understand the thought, but the way of describing it seems off. I'm a big fan of imagery, and when I read this, it just makes my mind kinda of feel 'wiggly'. Don't know any other way to describe it...
Excellent thought, and very interesting style, indeed! Thanks for entering, and best of luck in the contest!
