Before the light was the darkest times
when the heart uttered naught but beats,
wherefore the words piled up in each head,
words written, impossible feats.
She learned the mysteries of the net
to teach her mind in studied bits
and found one day a poetry site
where poets spoke with their spirits.
Two years ago she began to write
for this site many have sought,
Within her heart poetry emerged,
she showed us her creative thought.
When she began to share with AP,
her keen studied talents impart,
Each of us here gained a lovely friend
and held her within every heart.
