When your heart starts to flutter,
and you’re tongue tied and you stutter.
When you hear the birds a singing,
and the bells start a ringing.
When you stand there for hours,
just looking at the flowers.
When your heart is all aflame,
at the mention of her name.
Then it’s love.
When you lie in the clover,
and you tingle all over.
When your heart beats fast,
every time she walks past.
When your food’s left on the plate,
every time you have a date.
When your heart skips a beat,
every time your lips meet.
Does your pulse start to race,
when you’re in a warm embracea.
When you look into her eyes,
does your temperature rise.
Then it’s love.
