Secured in darkness
I hide behind this mask
Telling you it is all ok
Reaching out for your blackened kiss
Taking each breath
Hiding my despair
Wishing time would pass by
Waiting for your rightful death
I wait for the time when I can be free
When I change my heart
And just let go
The is coming that I see
Running with the wind
I slowly release
All I held in
Letting go of this trend
Turning dark to light
I fixed what was broken
And began to see me
All through the night
