and the soul rests
upon comfort inhaled,

life places circumstance
within hearts' season,
placid thoughts linger
in each soothing breath,

hopes drift by
on calming winds,
where doubts sleep

    ah yes the spirit which evolves, i shall inhale, take a moment to relax and sigh, ot be at one with mother nature - eek cough, a wine gum got stuck in my throat!
