Bridgit

There’s a sweet young lass of Irish decent,
and a grand looking girl is she.
Just the sexy smile on her sweet face,
sets the heart to skip in me.

The poems she writes come from her heart,
and she has a restless style.
But I especially like the ones she writes,
about the Emerald Iles.

Its two years now she’s graced this site,
may she be here years and years again.
So a tip of me derby to ye girl,
and  proud I am to be her friend.

    Awesome!

I'm SO glad you're on my favorties' list; that means that I know when you write awesome poems like this one.
I love how you mixed in some Irish lingo into this poem; it flows amazingly!

    Thank you, Beret!!!

This is so beautiful! But restless I'm really not unless you're counting the number of times I've changed my name in the last 24 hours Words just cannot convey my appreciation for your incredibly sweet and thoughtful poem!! Thank you so much, you've made my day complete!!! Peace Always, Bridgit (Irish translation for Cynthia - and suggested by my soul-twin, Dolores. Yep, you can blame Lady Ireland for her role in my identity confusion.) Thanks again, mate.
