death all around you

make your choice

as my sister I love you

like giving the sharks

you never were freed from
fooled yourself into
believing nothing matters
I've made that same mistake

for the eternity of friendship
sisters not by blood

when either of us could have

In the fourth stanza, it should be "you."
I like this a lot, it defintatly shows the way you feel about your sister and how strong your love is. I might suggest a bit of capatalization and punctuation, but the words are nicely chosen. Thanks for entering, best of luck! -
Your friend is really lucky to have you to support her. It's hard to see your closest friends suffer, but as long as you're there for them things work out. She just needs to know that you love her no matter what. Just be her support while she's trying to recover, that's the best thing any cutter can have is a sturdy support.
