Devastation; lay in front of you,
neither man nor beast does live
Shreds of life lay on the ground,
not caring if they forgive
The silvery moon does call to you,
telling you of change
From teeth to fangs, hair to fur,
till no human form remains
You hunt the night to slaughter,
your butchery reigns supreme
Destroyer of both friend and foe,
brought forth by nightly beams
To lie in wait would do you ill,
the hunt is what you seek
Then chase them down to terrify,
and torture all the weak
A monster; you did not begin,
but now hell lives in your soul
It drives you to vengeful life,
which you, have no control
The stench of death hangs deep on you,
you taste the rotting flesh
You fear to see the morning light,
lingering memories that you catch
The face you wear to greet the day,
you can’t still call your own
For when you look deep in the mirror,
YOU; are not alone
