A moon reflected on the water
Confuses the man with impaired vision.
Walking toward the replica results in his death.
Loving the true vision makes flying possible.
A light in a gloomy tunnel
Confuses the man with impaired vision.
Running toward the brightness results in a quick defeat.
Cherishing the safety of the darkness guarantees a delightful future.
A beautiful flower
Confuses the man with impaired vision.
Smelling its sweet sent is sure to handicap life.
Staying with the budding tree is positive to conclude in bliss.

Although this doesn't rhyme, it's a regular form, which I enjoyed, especially the repetition of the line "Confuses the man with impaired vision."

-
"Cherishing the safety of the darkness guarantees a delightful future."
How very true that line is, hiding away emulates safety in most.
Great luck in the contest

A thoughtful piece of perception penned from the distant eye. The repetition works well for effect, and allows a smooth voyage into thought. Thank you for your entry & Best wishes in the contest!
