I've been waiting for Winter to be done
Now it's Springtime and we're gonna have fun
Forget your snowmen and your sled
Now hang ball caps on your head
Cause the summer's gonna be hot
May be even cold, well, okay, maybe not
The pools beckon you
So take off your snowshoe
If you don't believe a word I say
Look out your window and say "No way!"

a exciting theme for wintery days this could be maybe a bit more elaborate although i enjoyed reading this creative poem well done and keep penning the lovely work -quick question did all these poem you write were a decade ago?
