as the moon seeks for shelter
and the stars beam with fear
the night awakens
the screams erupt
children scramble
here he comes
the one feared
nightmares are corrupted
not a child can sleep
when his story is told
they named him Alligator Skin
he haunts all ye
who betray Halloween
who do not believe
in ghost, witches and goblins
children screech
whenever someone
dares pronounce his name
now sleep my dear
as the streets become dark
Sweet dreams hunny buns
as the door closes
and the lights disappear
a creek you hear
do you believe in ghost?
