Walking along a beach
sand everywhere
feeling the warm sand
between my toes.
The cool water
when the tides come in.
Bare feet is freedom
from restrictive shoes,
tight fitting socks,
and the stress of all
that comes with them.

Wow! This is definately me! I'm always barefoot at home and I love to paddle or kick my shoes off when I can. It gives me a feeling of freedom and relaxation that is usually accompanied by favourite clothes and a long massage!!!!!Thank you for this stress busting write!

Seems I'm always in bare feet ... means a lot of work keeping them smoothe but it's worth it
