She kissed her gently and took her hand.
"Baby, I need you with me.
I need you to be all you can be.
I promise to trust you.
Take you for all that you are, and all I know you can do.
I promise to kiss you when you're feeling blue.
I promise to hold you and noone else will touch you.
I promise to wipe away your tears.
I will fight off all your fears.
I don't know any other way to say this..."
And she grabbed her girfriend, her lover in another passionate kiss.
She looked into her bright, happy eyes, and took in her look of bliss.

This is written for someone who I loved very dearly who is now with God. I planned to marry her and I would give her this if she was still mine. She, truly was, my blonde haired, blue eyed angel...and now she always will be. "Let me be the one who calls you 'baby' all the time..." (Smother Me by The Used) I miss you, baby.
