She took her breath away,
She made her smile,
Like back when she was a little girl,
Destiny unclear forever,
Innocent like a flower.
For her girlfriend to hold,
Live from the stem,
Blooming and smiling,
Happily smiling.
She had made her mark,
Sending her the message over her phone,
She texts "i have to tell u somethin'"
Never would she have guessed,
Her friend was gay.
A new question came upon her,
She loved her somehow,
In the same way as she loved a boy?
Like a scar she wore the label the kids gave her,
But she still wore the smile as well; with her girl.
Until they found out.
Twilight dawned and twilight set,
Sleepless nights; forever nights;
Waiting for each other,
Throwing stones at her bedroom window,
Can't knock; the parents would hear.
But how...
How could this be wrong?
