God, if I could have one wish,
This is what I'd ask;
That I could hold you in my hand,
And show your power in each day and task.
Let me hold your power in my hand,
To mend the broken lives around.
Let me be like a glowing light,
So that in the dark it can be found.
If I can be your love each day,
If I can hold that power in my hand-
Then maybe I will make a difference,
In this lonely and hurting land.
So God, let me hold you in my hand-
I want to be just like you.
That way all will see you in me,
No matter where I go or what I do.

Well thoughtful yet quite innocent sentiment bringing the sacred tone of the words behind the motive..I love its simplicity which is just amazingly beautiful and warm in its flow and impact as well..you brought the depth of the relationship between human being and GOD and this way you have done a great job here..well done...
