Coin and paper
rust and burn;
an embrace
in the rain
retains
value,
regardless.

very nice
its nice how you relate the things........ -
Quite intriguing. I like how the picture catches the eye, but it might attract too much attention to itself and takes it away from the poem. More people would look at the picture than they would the poem. The poem is terrific, but a suggestion would be to try a different picture, better background, to make the poem POP. But good, nonetheless. Keep up the writing!

Poetic twist to rumba too, yes , when everything else has been either eroded or coroded we are left with those moments that danced in the rain, please pour me another Tango, they are orangey you know!

very sensual
Your words really bring this picture to life. I love the Tango, and we do need to value every embrace in life.
