You declare Your majesty in Your creation,
Every day I wake, I give You adoration.
So many blessings You bestow,
infinite ways You gave me to know;
how You love me and want me to come,
to join You, You sent me Your Son!
Impressed on my mother’s heart the desire to teach,
how You through prayer I might reach;
a glorious day when we knelt by my bed,
I learned of You Father, You touched heart & head!
Now that I’ve grown older and study Your ways,
I look to the future ‘cause I hear what You say;
a life in Eternity to all who hold dear,
the thought of Your coming, You’re drawing so near!
I’ll end here dear Father and thank You again,
trusting in You my life’s ways to amend;
I always want to be a true friend,
I’m graced with Your hearing, You, the beginning and end!
