Lord how can You see me - way down here below?
One small snowflake swept into a sparkling field of snow
One among the millions - lost within the maze
Just one fragile snowflake - in the icy glaze
Lord, how can You hear me - in this worldly din?
Just a quiet whisper, in the frozen wind
Just one plea for mercy - for a heart that’s torn
In a prayer that’s muffled - by a winter storm
Lord how can You touch me - with Your heavenly grace?
One soul in a billion - just another face
Just a lowly sinner - asking to be blessed
Just an icy flake of dust - lost among the rest
I can see your countenance - I can see your face
I can see your spirit - through all time and space
I can feel you longing for the Love that I bestow
Every prayer that’s in your heart - I already know
Through the winds of winter - through the thunderous rain
I can hear you calling in the silence of your pain
Through any bitter tempest - my compassion’s always such
There is no lacy flake of dust my fingers do not touch
Through the freezing blizzard - through the winds that blow
I can see one snowflake - on the earth below
Just one fragile snowflake in a sparkling field of snow

This is just adorable I really love the flow to this it is very stylish and you have stayed with the contest brief of talking to God which is really good. It reminds us of how valuable we are to God.

Matthew 10:29-31 Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing? and one of them shall not fall on the ground without your Father. But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear ye not therefore, ye are of more value than many sparrows.

This is a beautiful write. Love the imagery. In the first part you are speaking to Him, then you have Him speaking to you...it is lovely. Thank you for entering.
