Love is so elegant
Like a silk gown being wrapped
Around our embrace
Love is so well rehearsed
Yet it is instinctual
And I have naught to fight it
Yet our love was so fleeting
A burning flame
In a pile of slim branches
And before I could
Take a breath
The sweet
Emotions
Gone
A single tear escaped me
As you left the vacant room of my heart
I tried to catch it in cupped hands
To reflect the memories of our split-second
Romance

Good take on the picture. Fleeting love, when it's over it was always fleeting, for me anyway
