that is until he has figured them out
then he drops them, completely forgets about them
and moves on to the next

True haha... A few weeks ago I finished an astronomy exam, and it's amazing to look around a room: you can always tell who's studied, who hasn't, who loves and is serious about the subject... and who's just hungover and doesn't give a shit.
A good comparison, I enjoyed it. =)
