Holloween.

As black as midnight as cold as steel
an evil scream cuts the silence as the moon
                                             peeks the hill.

I sit and watch the moons wicked glow,
it like water it seems to flow.

Over rock, sand and all in between,
for some odd reason, it looks like
                                             halloween.

A contest entry

I hope I can make the cut, with this one. Thanks.
