Blessings

falling, the rays skip silver
upon the skin of the pond,
as shadows run shivers
into the night, and stars
flicker red and blue embers,
colors within dreams

silence fleeces circles
around the moon, and sound
will awaken dawn, where
diamonds crisp life on leaves
held as rainbows of perfect color
within humbled mind,
allowing the heart to soar

These are beautifully presented images of blessings as they touch and color our world. How easily they can be missed, and how precious when found. Very nicely done. ~Pamela

I loved the ripple effect ...

starting outside and going ever deeper into the very heart. Wonderful in its visuality! You are indeed fully aware of the beauty of your Port Elizabeth oceanic splendour!

    Love

Myra, for your comment. You're quite correct, I was thinking of Port Elizabeth when writing this poem. Frans
