on others with your narrow mind.
Label them as worthless
because their traits are undefined.
You seem to think you know what's right
and what you think is true.
Hoping that I never become
anything like you.
You self obsessive piece of shit
you do not know what you have done.
You sit their "in security"
but your lessons have just begun.
You sit there on your throan,
of deceit and vanity.
Far from superhuman
yet you deny humanity.
I wish that I could humble you
but all my points I know you'd miss.
No one else can save you
from your hollow narcissistic bliss.
Such tapestries that you could weave
your webs of dirt and lies.
You have spent so many years
hiding behind your cheap disguise.
Pretend you are in royalty
and everybody's soul you own.
Then one day you will come to find
in barren waste you'll see your throan.
Author notes
The poem's self explanatory. To those that are too insecure to address or stake claim upon their false notions. Also, to those who think they got it abl figured out, with boundaries between right and wrong.
In closing, I shall state, if you believe in something, as rediculous and mind numbing as it may be, at least stand up for it. You can tell a person that prejudges by their insecurity and denial of doing so.
I hope you all enjoy.

Fantastic!
Reading your poem truly made me think of all the people I've met in life and have seen on television passing judgment against others like me for being who we were born to be, "GAY". This poem will speak to everyone in a different way but for me this is how it made me feel. Thanks for sharing such a great poem. I wish you great success and a bright future with your writing because you have a gift that must be shared with all. -
It is indeed self explanatory and excellently so! The things you have expressed here are things I often think about and it drives me mad. People want to think they are so holier than thou with their superiority complexes, greed, selfishness and control issues. It's far too unfortunate that there are too many people within the narrow minded catergory and you're so right on the point when you say that the attempts to humble would be pointless...many people can't handle the truth.
I'm not perfect, far from it, but I am certainly not prejudice and I hate stereotyping, all they are is easy way outs so people don't have to face the truth and can stay wrapped up in their own little world, and it's so incredibly ignorant.
Sorry, this has gotten wayyy too long but it's a worthy subject and one I could obviously go on and on about! I saw your comments on Amanda's work and the poem she wrote for you, so I figured I would like to check out your work
...and as her friend too I'm SO happy she has found you, and so grateful that you are able to be there for and help each other! Thank you for that.
I hope to be back to check out more soon!

Don't worry about going on about the topic. You were simply letting me know, that I accomplished my goal. I write a piece to specifically evoke a given emotion in the reader. I figuered this would be one that everyone could relate to. Various situations have presented themselves, therefore making this poem possible. It angers me and yet it amuses me that people seriously think they have this life all figured out. As if some devine being specifically gave them the masterplan.
Isn't it ironic, that low lifes such as these rarely actually value themselves? People that seriously believe that just because someone or something told them something that now they know right and wrong.
Very few, take a second to admire life for it's mystery. Instead, they depend on a propagated back board to Prop them up. Anything from religion, to racism, to denial, and so on.
Yoah thanks for checking in. According to Amanda, my writing's pretty good. She really is a fantastic person with a parvelous and genuine heart. She's even better than she gives herself credit for.
I guess she could say the same for me however. Always, feel free to check back, because I love honest feedback. It helps me to know whether I'm going in the right direction, and whether I'm accomplishing my goal.
